A rare position is now available for an Office Administration Support All Rounder to join our head office team in West Leederville.
This exciting opportunity is a full-time, Perth-based role and is available IMMEDIATELY, so we recommend applying without delay. The position is for a fixed term of 6 months, with the possibility of extension and permanency for the right candidate.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Office Administration Support All Rounder, you will work closely with all members of our team to support their day-to-day activities and provide back up during busy periods, or when leave coverage is required. This may include providing remote support to our Cairns, Brisbane and Darwin based teams.
You will have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of jobs and tasks relating to positions such as Office Administration, Stock Control, Logistics (Imports and Exports), Bookkeeping and more.
Activities include but are not limited to:
- General administration duties and office maintenance such as, filing, stationery and grocery orders, phone reception, sending and receiving of mail, and welcoming visitors.
- Data entry for stock control, invoices, and credit card reconciliations.
- Providing logistical support for the import and export of our products and equipment domestically and internationally.
- Ad hoc duties associated with being part of a dynamic industry and growing business.
Training will be provided for all tasks the successful candidate will be required to perform which includes shadowing the relevant expert in the role.
