We’re very pleased to share that the Can Too Foundation’s recent Art of Seafood Gala Dinner in Sydney raised its target of $100,000 on the night!
These much-needed funds will go towards cancer research and prevention.
Austral Fisheries were proud to support the Gala Dinner, providing Glacier 51 Toothfish as a mains option.
Laissez-faire Catering worked their magic and created the following dish (pictured):
Glacier 51 Toothfish, miso and sardine
crusted confit globe artichoke, edamame
and samphire bonito broth.
