Can Too Foundation’s Art of Seafood Gala Dinner Raises $100,000

Glacier 51 Toothfish, miso and sardine crusted confit globe artichoke, edamame and samphire bonito broth

 

We’re very pleased to share that the Can Too Foundation’s recent Art of Seafood Gala Dinner in Sydney raised its target of $100,000 on the night!

These much-needed funds will go towards cancer research and prevention.

Austral Fisheries were proud to support the Gala Dinner, providing Glacier 51 Toothfish as a mains option.

Laissez-faire Catering worked their magic and created the following dish (pictured):
